A permit is required for all commercial landscape and portrait photography and videography, including wedding, family, engagement, graduation, prom, senior photos, etc.

You may apply for your preferred permit by submitting this form. Please fill out all necessary fields. When you submit your information, the Arboretum will review your application. Upon a successful review, you will be emailed with a link to continue the process of payment.

Pricing Information

The prices for each permit option are as follows:

• Yearly permit: $318 ($300 + $18 tax) for unlimited, pre-arranged photography sessions in The Arboretum for one calendar year (subject to Terms and Conditions contract)
• Single session permit: $26.50 ($25 + $1.50 tax) per single session (up to one hour in duration)
