A permit is required for all commercial landscape and portrait photography and videography, including wedding, family, engagement, graduation, prom, senior photos, etc.

You may apply for your preferred permit by submitting this form. Please fill out all necessary fields. When you submit your information, the Arboretum will review your application. Upon a successful review, you will be emailed with a link to continue the process of payment.

Pricing Information

The prices for each permit option are as follows:

• Single session photography permit: $26.50 ($25 + $1.50 tax) per single session (up to one hour in duration)
• Single session videography permit: $106.00 ($100 + $6 tax) per single session (up to one hour in duration)
• Yearly photography permit: $318 ($300 + $18 tax) for unlimited, pre-arranged photography sessions in The Arboretum for one calendar year.

All permits are subject to the Terms and Conditions agreement, and by filling this form you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy
