Come enjoy a three-course meal prepared for you by exceptional students that are team-taught and directed by Chef Rachel Bryant and Emily DeWitt, a lecturer in the Department of Dietetics and Human Nutrition. Ms. Bryant is a professional chef with over 10 years of experience and Ms. DeWitt is a Registered Dietitian.
Located on the second floor of Erikson Hall, The Lemon Tree welcomes you to enjoy a delicious lunch every Tuesday and Thursday at 12:00 noon. This dining experience is open to faculty, staff, and the public, but reservations are required to secure your spot.

The cost of one meal during our Summer season at The Lemon Tree is $15.00 per meal.
All purchases are final. There will be no refunds except for emergency closures (inclement weather, power outages, etc) If the service is cancelled, we will arrange a make-up date, those with reservations for the cancelled service will be guaranteed a seat at the makeup date and if they are unable to attend the make-up service, then we will issue a refund.

For the Summer season, the Lemon Tree will be offering delivery services to Ag North's main lobby, near the emergency room entrance. Pickup will be 12:30 to 1:00pm. When registering, please indicate whether you would like your meals delivered there. Otherwise, you will be responsible for picking up your order between 12:30 and 1:00pm at the Lemon Tree, 204 Erikson Hall.
IMPORTANT! Please pay your reservation promptly to ensure your seats remain reserved. Reservations that remain unpaid for more than 30 minutes may be subject to immediate cancellation.
