This Registration System ("Site") is maintained by the Web Services Section of Agriculture Communications on behalf of UK Sustainable Agriculture, both of the UK College of Agriculture, Food and Environment.

Because your privacy is important to us this Registration website operates under these principles:

• We explicitly ask when we need information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information"). For example: to register for conferences or events, you will be asked to provide your name, e-mail address, and other information depending on the event and requirements of that specific event. We use this information to establish your registration, generate e-mail messages to inform you of successful registrations, and other information related to that event.
• If at any time you believe this Site has not adhered to these principles, please notify us by email and we will use all reasonable efforts to promptly determine and correct the problem. If you have questions about this policy, please email us.

Credit Card Transactions

Some conference registrations on this site enable credit card transactions. The operators of this site would like to assure you that measures have been taken to make such transactions secure. If you do not wish to pay by credit card many registrations also allow for a "Pay By Check" option. For those that do not, please contact the department hosting or sponsoring the event for alternative registration methods.

This site utilizes industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) servers to encrypt your information and prevent unauthorized access.

The processing of online transactions is done through Worldpay.

Shortly after a purchase or refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. You are advised to print out and save a copy of the order confirmation for verification necessary to request refunds or resolve any disputes. This Web site guarantees that every transaction will be 100 percent safe. This means you are not responsible for unauthorized transactions posted to your credit card that occur as a result of submitting a credit card number to this site.

Refund Policy
